What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
The calculator collects nothing. Everything you type into it — price, deposit, rate, term — is processed by JavaScript on the page and never leaves your browser. There is no request, so there is no server log, no analytics event and no stored figure.
What we collect. Only what a form asks for. For a broker introduction: name, email, the purpose of the mortgage, and optionally the stage you are at, a price range and anything you choose to write. For a website enquiry: name, email, project type, budget range, timeline, and optionally company, phone and a brief. We also store the page the form was sent from, your IP address and your browser user-agent string, to catch automated abuse.
Please do not send us documents. Payslips, bank statements, tax returns and identity documents belong with your broker or lender through their own secure channel — never in a web form, and never to us. We do not need them and are not set up to hold them.
Why. To reply to you, and to make the introduction you asked for.
Who we share it with. For a broker introduction, one firm — the one we introduce you to, and only after you have asked. Never a lead exchange, never a list, never a second buyer.
Analytics and cookies. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves the device.
How long we keep it. Submissions are kept for as long as the enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights. Write to us to see a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.
Third parties. Our hosting provider processes the request data needed to serve pages. If a form notification is routed to an internal chat tool, the fields you submitted pass through that provider.
